Student name Class Instrument Status

Use the Class box for labels like 2026-27, 2027-28, Period 1, or any new group name. It will become a new class bucket automatically.

CSV file Import mode

CSV columns should be: name, class, instrument, status. For a whole new year group, put the same class value on every row, like 2026-27.

Bar graph view Class filter Instrument filter Search name

After unlocking editing, you can update instrument, update status, or remove a row.
